Cinema organ

Since 1934 at the Granada, Bedford, the console of the mighty Wurlitzer would appear, rising majestically from the floor – for musical entertainment prior to film projection.

This stereo recording ≈ 1966 – captured during a private performance.
The cinema closed in 1979, the organ removed and has survived.  (Photo: Langbaurgh Theatre Organ Society, Organist: M. Uff)
