Presentation – conference
Projects related to conferences and presentations are frequently easy to capture – depending on the number of speakers, yet provide awesome amounts of material to be moulded into a video-presentable form for the final product.
Speakers who use visual aids (powerpoint for example) expect those to be edited into the video. When the presentation is long, some cruel editing of the material might be required, along with some on-screen help as to where we are in the sequence; or graphic overlays to aid clarity of the subject.
Major experience from such projects is the up-front expectation setting of what the end product should look like, and the extent of the postproduction effort needed to get there.
Distribution of media and follow-up to the session as an on-going project might also be an important part of the added-value.
