The Geneva cathedral of Saint-Pierre has many treasures to be discovered.
The archealogical site below the cathedral is really worth a visit – open most of the year, and the austere interior is full of history while the Maccabean Chapel is full of beauty.

A visit to the large organ and to the programmable bell chimes requires a little more planning – our visit here was made during the “Fêtes de la Musique” of 2012.
